Who are Anteris?

We have a mechanical engineering background and served as board and executive team members within a FTSE 100 organisation with a turnover of £2.5bn.  Having been an active member of changing a business with high growth, driving change from indirect to direct sales, supported by product development, along with operation and supply chain experience, we decided to create Anteris.  Anteris is a Latin word used for “foundation”, or, “structure”.  Having used these words when creating businesses across Europe, Middle East, USA and Africa, we are now using the wealth of experience gained over the years, to provide support, advice, coaching and consulting for SME’s.  The aim of Anteris is to provide SME’s with an independent, honest, non-emotional and structured view of their business processes and structures.  Then, once reviewed, work with you to ensure targets and plans are implemented, measured, and then gain results using your existing resources in the most efficient manner.
